• Review of up to 3 routers

• General system compatibility
• Bug review

IPT-CHEK FULL

Service Includes:

• Hourly engagement with unlimited sites.
• In-depth evaluation of every system configuration for each site covering the following areas:

• CallManager
• Unity
• IPCC
• Routers
• Switches
• Review of dial plan
• General system compatibility
• Bug review

Deliverables:

• Diagnostic report of findings per site.
• Detailed recommendations.
• Visio diagram of current system
